Fresh Arts Virtual Summit Have you registered for the Fresh Arts Virtual Summit?
Summit sessions will address the challenges of today’s uncertain economic climate and focus on strategies to best position artists for the future. Topics will include financial sustainability, legal issues, digital marketing, virtual collaborations and self-care strategies.
The Summit will take place online and will include a series of virtual sessions featuring a mix of workshop-style presentations and panel discussion.
Attendees will have the opportunity to virtually interact with sessions through a live chat feature to ask questions and share comments to the presenters and panelists in real time.
Don't worry, all sessions will be recorded.
Fresh Arts recognizes that artists are facing financial instability and uncertainty; therefore, we are offering affordable registration options to fit different financial circumstances.
In order to help recoup the cost of organizing a virtual Summit, Fresh Arts values registration at $50. This fee best helps Fresh Arts to pay presenters, artists, and technology costs. Any contribution beyond that will benefit Fresh Arts free year-round programs and resource sharing initiatives.
Because we do not want financial costs to be a barrier for artists to access this program, we are also offering the opportunity to register at 50% off and 90% off for those who are not in a position to make a full registration contribution.
If you do not have the ability or means to make a contribution to registration costs at this time, please go to this link to receive a complimentary access URL to attend at no cost.
Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fresh Arts Summit is an annual two-day conference for artists, makers, and creatives of all disciplines who seek to advance their entrepreneurial skills, expand their peer network, and tap into local resources.
The 1st annual Fresh Arts Summit was held July 19-20, 2019 at Silver Street Studios and kicked-off with an Arts Resource Day Expo, afternoon artist panels, and evening cocktail reception and keynote address. The 2-day series of weekend events convened over 200 artists from Greater Houston and beyond. Session topics included marketing, legal issues, finances and fundraising, self-care and other artist business essentials. Click here for 2019 photos.
